1. Should have strong knowledge on Computer hardware, peripherals, OS & Networks (No Compromise)
2. Strongly skilled at diagnosing and troubleshooting computer hardware / software issues
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Knowledge on Internet (wired & wireless) preferred.
5. Call taking experience & experience in MS office preferred
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high pressure environment and the ability to adapt to change.
7. Highly motivated and energetic with fundamental technical knowledge and skills / willing to learn Self- discipline and composure
